What Saurvia is trying to solve
Reptile care information is spread across research papers, professional guidance, husbandry convention and individual experience. Those sources can all be useful, but they do not answer the same questions or carry the same evidentiary weight. Saurvia organizes them without erasing that difference.
Readers should not need to review an entire literature before they can identify the important husbandry question. They should, however, be able to trace a material claim, see whether it came from a study or a care guide, and recognize where the source stops. That boundary often determines whether advice is transferable.
Why the missing context matters
A temperature without a measurement location is incomplete. The same is true of a humidity figure without sensor position, a UVB percentage without animal-level exposure, or a diet rule detached from life stage. Species identity, health, setting and source date can also change what an otherwise precise-looking recommendation means.
A future keeper also needs more than a shopping list. Space, time, equipment, cost, access to appropriate professional care and the animal's likely long-term needs belong in the decision before an animal comes home.
