What the site is designed to support
- keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus state;
- semantic headings, page landmarks and descriptive links;
- responsive layouts and appropriately sized interactive targets;
- text alternatives for images that carry meaning;
- reduced-motion preferences and readable color contrast;
- consent controls that never block access to public content.
